Testimonials

Wyn Walters, Construction Director, WRW Construction

Trinity St David was so impressed with the delivery of the Nolan package that they instructed further works to be carried out, which was all completed on time. The building looks completely different through a combination of WRW's work and that of the supply chain. It is a credit to us all.

News Chris Seward Appointment

Key appointment as window firm goes from strength to strength

01 May 10

Chris Seward joins the Commercial Division at Nolan in the role of Commercial Sales Manager.

Nolan Windows – one of the largest and most established window, door and conservatory companies in Wales – has made a key managerial appointment as demand for its uPVC and aluminium products continues to grow.

Chris Seward joins the Commercial Division at Nolan in the role of Commercial Sales Manager, with a major focus on developing the company's business further within the commercial contracts market.

With over thirty years' industry experience – most recently as Area Sales Director for Anglian Building Products – Chris, who will be based in Carmarthen, is well-placed to build on his proven track record of establishing strong relationships with companies and organisations across a wide range of sectors, including social housing, health and government bodies.

Chris, who hails from Llanelli has also recently been accredited as a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Managers and, speaking about his new role with Nolan said:

"I'm delighted to be joining such a long-established and respected company and am confident that my industry knowledge – most recently focusing on successfully delivering a number of large-scale window and door projects in the increasingly demanding contracts market – will only serve to add value, to the business and also to customers, both old and new.

"I'm looking forward to developing existing relationships further and also forging new ones as we continue to look to exceed the expectations of those who rely on our expertise in this market."

Nolan founder and managing director, Nolan Nicholas added: "As we move towards our twentieth anniversary, it is vital that we continue to build on the successful formula we've created, with experienced professionals such as Chris in key positions.

"The fire at our Carmarthen factory last December was devastating but, testament to the strength of the business and the faith our customers have in us as a company, we have come back from that and it is very much business as usual.

"We've enjoyed a very good first quarter of 2010 and are looking ahead with great optimism. I'd like to formally welcome Chris to the team and very much look forward to his input."
