Nolan Commercial's project portfolio tops £1 million

Nolan Commercial has made a productive start to 2011, successfully completing a portfolio of projects worth more than £565,000.

Nolan Commercial, the trade and commercial arm of Nolan uPVC, has made a productive start to 2011, successfully completing a portfolio of projects worth more than £565,000 and winning new work worth £180,000. With work continuing on projects worth £230,000, Nolan Commercial's current project portfolio tops almost £1 million.

The main successes have come from social housing, education, commercial/public buildings and the use of aluminium in domestic applications.

Nolan Commercial has been successful in passing several pre-qualification stages with Gorwel and Tai Ceredigion, and achieved approved supplier status with SPI/N Power, Cadbury, Kemble Housing, Coastal Housing Group, Tai Cantref and Neath and Port Talbot Homes.

Work continues on three major projects for Enzo's Construction at the Phoenix Centre, Fishguard, for Tai Ceredigion at Penparcau, Aberystwyth, and for John Weaver at Morriston Hospital.

Nolan Commercial has also won a further two projects for John Weaver for Carmarthenshire County Council and Tycroes School in Ammanford, and two projects for Cantref in Borth and Fishguard.
