Wyn Walters, Construction Director, WRW Construction

Trinity St David was so impressed with the delivery of the Nolan package that they instructed further works to be carried out, which was all completed on time. The building looks completely different through a combination of WRW's work and that of the supply chain. It is a credit to us all.

Sustainability and Environment

Nolan Commercial takes its corporate social responsibility and environmental policy seriously, and is committed to ensuring sustainable communities for all - both now and in the future.

Environmental and sustainable consideration

Nolan Commercial seeks to ensure sustainability and environmental considerations throughout the company's services and activities. These actions are included within the company's policies regarding good business practice. Nolan Commercial seeks to reduce its carbon footprint through its sustainable and environmental policies, which also includes transport performance considerations.

Minimising environmental impact

The company's environmental policy is implemented by all employees. An environmental evaluation is undertaken on each new project to minimise the environmental impact from the works to be completed.

Nolan Commercial has achieved certification through Green Dragon Level 5, which is recognised by BREEAM and CSH as ISO14001 equivalent.

Working closely with Profile 22 we support their closed-loop recycling of PVCu windows and doors and use RCM reinforcement in our manufacturing process.

RECO22 is the first window system to be awarded the Building Research Establishment (BRE) A+ rating for all sectors including domestic housing. As a Profile 22 fabricator we are the only recognised Approved Commercial Manufacturer to supply RECO22 to the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority.

Designed especially for the low-carbon economy of today, RECO22 offers a recycled PVCu window system made from 100% post-consumer waste material and is available in a diverse range of colours.

For more information request our RECO22 brochure.

Recycled Composite Material

Recycled composite material (RCM) is reinforcement for PVCu windows and doors manufactured from first generation post consumer waste PVCu.

Supplied as a substitute to either steel or aluminium sections, RCM is a cost effective alternative offering superb, sustainable benefits for window and door refurbishment and new build for local authorities, procurement consortia and contractors.
