We are currently working with Nolan Commercial on a number of projects who have continued to deliver an impressive product along with a quality installation, which we feel is more important. Projects such as the re-cladding works at Maes yr Yrfa School are a credit to all involved and we hope to transfer this quality onto other projects in the future.

Spilman Street Carmarthen

Client: Carmarthenshire County Council
Value: £42,985
Product(s): UPVC windows and aluminium panels

One of Carmarthen's most prominent council offices is undergoing a complete external revamp thanks to Nolan Commercial and John Weaver Construction.

The Carmarthen County Council's office block overlooking the busy junction on Gaol Hill will remain in occupation during the works to replace the existing aluminium windows and cladding.

Asbestos panels and aluminium windows are being removed and replaced with metal panels and UPVC windows. Glazing of the installed frames will take place at weekends to minimize disruption during the week when the building is occupied.

The £540k project is due for completion in January 2012.
